        A great experience. The staff was timely, kind and knowledgeable. My2020Hyundai has options which were properly replaced and they even sent alink for acalibration certificate. The whole windshield was replaced inless than anhour. Iwas happy todo business with Safelite,and would recomend them.

              Worst experience ever. Told mehad todo repair inshop tocalibrate windshield. Supposed tobe Thursday appointment. They had tochange toFriday at3. Told 2hour appointment. They replaced windshield but said system down can’t calibrate, but OKto drive just make another appointment.
              System not down. They wanted toclose early sothey did not dowork. Told them can’t make itback by430. They said keys ontire. My2020isnot secure with keys next tocar. Advised her ofsituation she said hop

              Tried toget district Manager John Turcotte onphone but noone had his phone number.

                I had anappointment for over aweek and they canceled the day before. Imissed acall from them while onthe other line and had tocall back tofind out it's because they can't replace aTesla windshield because they don't have the software torecalibrate the ADAS camera after. They told meWest Hartford can doit.No, they cant.

                            Scheduling was easy, had options for servicing, schedule was open for appt within 24hours. Staff was efficient,office communicated via email toconfirm appt and for any questions, nowait time upon arrival car was ready in90minutes aswe were told

                              I have had two issues with this company, the first one Iactually had them doa repair. The first issue was they, despite getting all ofmy technical information along with VIN #, they brought the wrong windshield soI had toreschedule.

                              I didn't bother with areview because mistakes happen, this time though Iam thoroughly disappointed asI scheduled work, dropped vehicle
                              off totheir West Springfield location toonly becalled later saying they couldn't dothe work because ofan after market

                              lightbar, shouldn't they have asked that when making appointment orat the least checking when Idropped off the vehicle.

                              Not going back, beware unless you don't value their time.
